I don’t understand some of the information and instructions here. What should I do?

Don’t worry. We know that having access to many different healthcare services and providers also means having to deal with different processes, which can be confusing. We’ve set up a Customer Service line staffed by representatives who can help you with any questions you may have. I have insurance for my prescriptions. Can I still use the Health Savings Pass?
No, the Health Savings Pass will not give you a discount on your copayments. The Health Savings Pass only discounts the retail price of prescriptions.

Who is covered by my Health Savings Pass membership?

The Health Savings PassSM membership covers you and one additional household member, age 50 or above. Simply add that person as a dependent by calling 1-888-616-2273. You will receive one (1) Health Savings Pass card per membership.

Won’t Medicare cover my prescriptions?

Currently, Medicare only covers a limited number of medicines and health-care services. If you are receiving Medicare benefits, check to see if the prescriptions and services you need are covered.

Is the Health Savings Pass program an insurance plan?

No. With the Health Savings Pass program you’re entitled to pre- negotiated discounts with a variety of providers. There are no forms to complete and no exclusions for pre- existing conditions. You simply pay for the services you receive – often at a substantial discount.

How often can I use the service of a provider?

As often as you wish. With Health Savings Pass you enjoy unlimited access to the services and providers in our network, and we encourage you to use them as often as necessary.

What if a provider I currently use isn’t in the network?

Health Savings Pass has been very selective in building its networks. But we also know there are many qualified providers whom we have not yet contacted, and we appreciate referrals from members like you. To refer a provider to the Health Savings Pass network, call Customer Service at 1-888-616-2273 and give us the name and address. We will then extend an invitation for that provider to join our network.

Does my membership in Health Savings Pass entitle me to the lowest prices?

Our providers have extended the best discounts in the healthcare markets to our members. However, many of our retail providers may run specials from time to time that are lower than the Health Savings Pass rates. To ensure you’re getting the best prices, please ask if any specials are offered. Our providers will be glad to give you the lower price.

What should I do if I lose my Health Savings Pass card?
Your Health Savings PassSM card is valuable, and should be kept in a secure place. Should you ever lose or misplace a card, call Customer Service toll free 1-888-616-2273
