Your Health Savings Pass member card provides you access to the discounts and benefits offered in the program. You must present your card at the time of service in order to receive the savings. Please be sure to keep your card in a safe place.

On the back of the card is the toll free number to call when you need assistance from our Customer Service Representatives. In addition, you’ll see several different provider logos along with instructions to locate specific providers. In order to receive your Health Savings Pass discounts it is important for you to present your membership card to every provider you access.

A representative will be able to answer any questions you may have, as well as keep you up to date on new services, changes in providers, and other important program information.
